Image Using HTML Doesn’t Show Up In Post

Howdy,
I’m trying to insert HTML code into some of my posts using the code editor (specifically, the code found here). When I go back to the visual editor, the image appears fine, but when I preview or publish, the image is totally gone and the space where the image should be is just indented.
I’m using the EXACT code that was given to me, and I’m doing it EXACTLY the same way as some others for whom it’s working. Am I doing something else wrong? By the way, my site is here and it’s a www.remarpro.com weblog.
