after update to 4.3 we have a lot of errors

If you are seeing error outputs, check to make sure the line define( 'WP_DEBUG', false ) in wp-config.php is actually saying false, if it says true change it ??

That should take care of the warning outputs, after that you’ll want to see if there are any plugins you are running that haven’t been tested with 4.3 yet.
