Missing files: "uploader" directory

Hi, I get this error:
NetworkError: 404 Not Found
wp-comment-fields/js/uploader/plupload.full.min.js?ver=3.0

You call this file in input.file.php, line 34:
‘script_source’ => ‘/js/uploader/plupload.full.min.js’,

But the directory “uploader” doesn’t exist
I created this new directory and downloaded the js from https://www.plupload.com/: is it enough or I have to download other files?
