Asking for password on every page

  • We installed this plugin recently and it worked fine. This is just about the only solution we could find that works with WP Engine sites. Now it’s asking for the password when you click in another page even though the password has already been entered. We use this on a site that we only share with out media partners. Feedback is coming back that they are annoyed that they are repeatedly asked for the password. Any ideas of why this could be happening?

  • Does this developer ever answer questions on his forum? I have the same issue with asking for password on every page. Is there a resolution or just try another plug-in?

    I paid $50 for this plugin yesterday and I have exactly the same issue. I’m disappointed that this was reported 5 months ago and remains unresolved and I would advise anybody considering this plugin to look elsewhere.

    I do my best to respond in these forums but I don’t always see the messages when they come in.

    This issue can be tricky because it usually has to do with a caching problem which happens automatically by the web host, which is something out of my control. Please message me directly via info[at]clevelandwebdeveloper[dot]com for further assistance.

    Thank you for the quick response Justin. I thought I’d disabled caching but everything is working fine now so perhaps there was some latency hanging around somewhere.
