    Hi, I doubt that this is specific to MailPoet, but it just so happens to be the plugin I’m having issues with. I installed it on a new site and got the “white screen of death”, So I deleted the plugin folder via ftp and got the WP-admin site back up and running. However; now when I try to re-install MailPoet; Its just not working: it says its installed correctly, but none of the features, sample newsletters or settings pages show anything. I’ve gone through the data base and deleted or changed every record where “wysija” exists (i.e. under admin permissions record changed “wysija” to “wysiia”) and deleted every file and folder with any “wysija” mention but still the plugin is not loading correctly. I use MailPoet on all my other websites and one has the premium version (but the account is not under my email address)

    Can anyone point me in the direction of how to troubleshoot a failed plugin instillation and clean up the site/database after?
