Plugin that allows the foreground to stay, but background to change on product?

We sell t-shirts. For each color variation we have to load the image onto the shirt, save that shirt, then upload the 10 different colors (with that graphic on them), into each product.

Is there any plugin that allows us to upload a foreground image (say the graphic that will be on the tee), and then load the background images (the 10 different colored shirts), so that when a customer is looking at the product and changing between colors, the graphic stays, but the image behind it changes (different colored t-shirts)?

This way we don’t have to manually put the graphic on each shirt color in Photoshop, and save each shirt color, then upload them all as thumbnails for each product.
