add to rich text editor to buddypress groups description

Hello,

I’ve been searching everywhere on how to add a rich text editor to the buddypress “Group Description’ Field.

Would you be able to help me create a function that I could add to my bp-custom or functions.php to accomplish this?

I’d greatly appreciate any help. Thanks so much.
