Doubled Entries when using shortcode

I am having an issue with TOC+ generating a proper table of contents, and then repeating the same table of contents a second time. It ends up having double the number of entries that it should.

I checked if it’s a plugin conflict, and it turned out that the Front End Editor plugin is the reason that this happens. I did not check anything else, but if someone has a question I can look into the issue.
