install wordpress on centos web-panel

i readed guides like this https://forum.centos-webpanel.com/aplications/how-to-install-wordpress-to-linux-server/ but i didn’t understand how to add files to the folder they mention, and in general i realy need some more detailed guide for people who have no experience at all with servers.

i asked this question at their forum but it much less active and there is many users who didn’t got answered at all so i need better chance for getting more details about how to install wordpress without softaculous.
