403 Error caused by extra quotation mark

Plugin is good. It works… usually.
I noticed occasional 403 error in speed test.
The cause appears to be an extra quotation mark (jquery.min.js”) in:
wp_enqueue_script(‘jquery’, ‘https://cdnjs.cloudflare.com/ajax/libs/jquery/’.$jquery_ver.’/jquery.min.js”‘, false, null,true);

I removed it haven’t see anymore errors.
