    Problem exists at: https://www.polefitnessdancingshop.com

I have been using the flat rate shipping method for my products for a very long time. It has suddenly stopped working and makes all my products the Flat Rate Free shipping!

I have checking to see if it is a theme conflict, it’s not, it happens on Twenty Twelve.

I haven’t installed any new plugins, but I have un-installed the most recent ones to see if that resolves the problem and it doesn’t.

I have cleared the cache and double checked all my shipping classes and product settings, everything looks normal as it always has been.

All my updates are current and I have actively installed all the updates almost immediately as they come in.

    This problem started happening yesterday.

Right now when people buy, I have to re-contact them and ask for shipping. Please kindly help quickly, I don’t know what’s going on.

Yes, I have looked multiple times, everything looks like it always has been… normal. I even checked my products again and the shipping classes, it all looks good. All the shipping classes are there with the right prices and it’s enabled. I thought maybe the update deactivated something but it’s all active. Totally stumped… I can give you a screenshot but I can’t capture the entire Flat Rate page because it’s pretty long with all the shipping class definitions. Here is a screenshot, let me know if you need more: https://polefitnessdancingshop.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/08/shop-sceeenshot.jpg

Can you enter ‘0’ in the cost field and see if it resolves?

If not, can you removing any trailing + ( from the prices? This looks to be input wrongly.

Screenshot me all of your rates, then show me your cart and what rate its giving you. I’ll take a look.

Looking at the rates I can see in your last screenshot, once corrected that would have only gave you a cost for the products in those specific shipping classes.

You were right, it did. I may have created some confusion because I first posted that changing the cost field to 0 and removing the + ( didn’t work, however after I said that I realized that I forgot one more ( mark in the middle. After removing ALL the ( it fixed itself.

After that I went back and edited my previous post to say it worked!

Sorry for the confusion and thanks so much for your help OMG! Thanks!

Np. Just to ask, which version did you first upgrade to? 2.4.0 or 2.4.x? I want to check the upgrade routine.

I am not sure. I am about 95% positive that I went in order though. I log in almost every day to process orders and I always do my updates as they come in. I do remember a button showing up saying that an “updater” had to be run to get the latest version (which normally doesn’t happen). I hit the pink button to run the updater… it wasn’t too long after that update that the shipping started giving me trouble all the sudden.

There was one update that came through after the shipping started giving me trouble but the update didn’t fix it.

    I hope that helps.

I am using version 4.2.4 right now
