Form Error on Valid Submissions

    After working perfectly for months, my form suddenly this week is showing the rejection/error message on perfectly valid submissions. I’ve tested thoroughly and get the same result every time myself.

    The data shows up in the Contact Form DB on the backend, however it appears to the user that they filled the form out wrong, so they submit 3, 4, 5 times before calling us to complain.

    No plugin or theme updates or changes were made during this time. No settings were altered in any way on the plugin itself. WP 4.2.4, running the most recent version of the plugin.

    Please help- this form is our lifeline.
