Refund request – Premium version and VirtueMart Add-on not working for me

Hi Frederic,
I emailed you today (from Steven Subject: “Most data not imported”) regarding the Premium version of the Joomla migration plugin (with VirtueMart add-on) that doesn’t work for me even after your suggested changes.
I’m not happy with this plugin at all, as it has missed over 1000 data imports with very little feedback. The plugin doesn’t show any progress or error reporting and it’s not up to the standard I expected. And is unfortunately deemed useless as it didn’t complete the service I paid for (no products or orders imported at all, only *some* users).
Can you please review my email and issue a refund via PayPal at your earliest convenience?
I’m instead manually migrating the database in a slower but more accurate way. With the amount of time it’s taken to try and troubleshoot the plugin, as well as waiting for support (that unfortunately doesn’t solve the problems), it will likely not take much longer to do it manually (although it’s very tedious :-)).
Please issue a refund and I hope you understand the troubles I’m having with this plugin and that a refund is justified.
