No user but user exists and is logged in after first entry

Failed to login with username “[email protected]” because no user with that username exists warningwe have many users and on many users this appears as first they failed to log in but there was no user with that username …. in the same moment they log in appear ok.
p.s. changed the ip and email to generic ones
