First off – THANK YOU for GRFX. We are setting up a stock image site and it is completely transforming the workflow and making maintaining it feasible.

That said, we’ve got one problem right now – GRFX breaks the WooCommerce Product Tags. We can set them on the product page, and it’s like they just don’t register – not in the WC tag cloud widget, not on the product page.
As soon as we deactivate GRFX, we can save and display and use them like normal.

We really need the product tags – any idea what’s going wrong?
    The live site is: shutterbugs.solidrock-ent.com.
    Thanks in advance!

That is odd. I’m not sure I’ve ever witnessed that behavior before.

Before I jump in, may I ask if this behavior persists with the default wordpress themes and/or other themes?

The reason I ask is that I don’t recall making any alterations on the tagging system, although I could be forgetting something.

Just checked with Twenty Fifteen and exact same behavior persists.
It seems to be extracting any tags embedded on the photo, but not storing them in the WC Product Tag field (i.e. I haven’t seen them on the product pages), although they do show up in the Tag Cloud.

User-added tags, however, don’t save to the product – i.e. I open a product for editing, add tags, update the product. All good so far.
I view the product – no product tags on the product page. I open the product for editing again – no product tags.

Maybe a conflict with the extracted tags and WC product tags? I tried poking around in your docs for about a half an hour, but didn’t see anything that jumped out at me in the code.

Like I said, I love the plugin otherwise, and the only reason I think it is this plugin is because normal behavior returns when I deactivate it. Thanks for the help!

    Same issue here.

I found the problem. A certain hamster got his leg stuck in his running wheel. I’m prying it out now and will have an update soon.

You should be all set now. Open up another support thread if the problem persists.
