Site hacked and now tons of links showing up in source code

    Hi I’m having a real time here! Our site was hacked a couple of weeks ago (just found out today) and now a whole set of crazy links are showing up in the source code of every single page. It’s some sort of javascript.

    I found all the files and folders that the links are going to, and have erased them all (612 pages – yikes) but I can’t figure out WHERE this javascript is located so I can delete it and have it stop displaying in the source code.

    I’ve used the date of the hack to look through each and every file in the site through FTP, but I have simply hit a wall.

    I can’t figure it out! ??
