Add media doesn't work

  • Everything was fine until the August , when I went on vacation, in the meantime site was moved to a new server . I upgraded to the latest version 4.2.4. , but I’m not sure it has to do with my problem , when I publish a new post and wish upload picture ” Add media ” doesn’t work properly .
    I keep getting reports ” The track that you uploaded is not possible to move the wp – content / uploads / 2015 /08. “
    Any Help ?
