    Hi there,

    I’m getting the ‘Oops. Something went wrong. Please try again later.’ error message…

    I’ve been through the Knowledge base steps to check when you get this error and everything looks fine to me.

    I’m stumped – is there any thing else I can check or try?

    Hello MissTT,

    Can you please make sure the field names in your form match the field names in your MailChimp.com list and also that no mandatory fields are missed?

    In case you have difficulty with this, can you please share a screenshot of your “MailChimp for WP” page in WordPress admin which displays the list and the fields and also link to the page where you have used our form.

    For future reference: this issue was due to a local plugin conflict. It was patched, and the resolution will be added to future versions of the plugin.
