adding a second stylesheet

Hello,

I am using the MH-Squared-Lite theme and cannot figure out how to add a second stylesheet. I have created a new template page and want the additional css to attach to it, but cannot find where you are linking the stylesheet. If you could point me in the right direction It’d be greatly appreciated.
