Hangs on "Done creating empty archive"

I can’t export as it just keeps saying “Done creating empty archive”

Have tried all versions online, dropbox and am on the latest version with still no joy, the plugin works on many other website just seems to hang on one of the websites im working on

Any known plugin conflicts at all??
