Page Attributes does not allow for Parent Page

    I hope you can help! No matter which theme I install, (WordPress or ProFramework) none of them allows for a Parent Page to be identified, so I have no way of adding links across the top of the home page! I can’t seem to find how to enable ‘Parent’ Pages! In the Page Attributes box, it allows me to show the Order the page should be, but just not which page it should go under. HELP! Thank you in advance!
