Cant see error text

    When I set the minimum order to $100 for example, and I place a dummy order for $95 I am expecting to see an error notice pop up to tell me there is a minimum order level but nothing appears. The default statement is: “You must have an order with a minimum of %s to place your order, your current order total is %s.” I dont see this message.

    Please tell me what I am doing wrong.
