Author user cannot add new posts with WP Cache on

We have a WP Cache installed and the author users are for some reason not able to add new posts or edit their posts when WP Cache is active. When clicking on “Add New” it loads a blank white page. However, as soon as we deactivate the plugin they are able to add and edit their posts.
