Fatal error: Cannot use object of type WP_Error

My forms hang on the ajax validation when submitted. Submitting the previewed form returns the following error:
Fatal error: Cannot use object of type WP_Error as array in /wp-content/plugins/gravity-forms-exacttarget/api/ExactTarget.class.php on line 409
Do you have any idea what might be going on?
