Strange margin problem with IE

    My blog is located at https://www.workingauthor.com.

    I created to divs to act as borders at the top and bottom of every page. On Mozilla it looks fine. On IE I have a strange margin on the bottom. I have no idea how to resolve that. I don’t find any padding or margin styles affecting it. If you have the time, could you take a look? I’m a bit frazzled at this point. Thanks in advance.
