    What version of Woocommerce do you have?
    Did it work previously? Does this happens in all payment methods?

    I have the latest version, and there is only one payment gateway myCRED.

    Maybe you should contact the myCRED payment gateway author. Because code needs to be added to remove stock on payment checkout
    more specifically

    $order->reduce_order_stock();
