Help! Widget size and header

Hello and Happy Sunday! ??

I am using the Cafe Pro theme. I need to resize the widgets to fit their current background images (changing the image sizes are not an option). A couple have extra open space and a couple are cutting the image off.

Also, at the very top of the page I would like to remove the white area with the empty small box and text.
