Gravatar JS is still loading when local only is set

Great job with the plugin! I suspect I have discovered a little bug though…
I have been endlessly inspecting my site Tell Tales using GTmetrix and wanted to get rid of the script loading for Gravtars.
After commenting out the call for this script on Jetpack, I installed your plugin to enable custom avatars working locally.
I ran a GTmetrix test again and found (after applying your settings for LOCAL avatars only) that the JS has now returned:
“https://0.gravatar.com/js/gprofiles.js?ver=201532x (16.7KiB)”
