Theme Settings Seems Broaken

Suddenly my Virtue theme settings are disappered from dahsboard. However theme is still working, but I can’t change any settings more. I suspect it happened when my site was hacked about 4 months ago. I clean and fix my site, now it’s secure. Tried to disable all plugins, reinstall Virtue Theme and reinstall WordPress core, but no success. I understand that is only my fault the theme was broaken. Maybe you can give any advice to recover theme settings panel.
