Set Initial Counter Value

I downloaded and love this plugin, however, our site has been online for just over two years and we have been using another clunky counter which currently reads 653,583 visitors. I’d like to set the start value of this counter at that and continue. I don’t care about past stats (browsers/countries/etc) we can just continue with the new counter. But there doesn’t seem to be any way to set that value. It shows up on the “counter details” page with a red ? but no place to enter a value. When you click on the ?, “initial count” appears redd off to the right. But you can’t set anything. I have written three times through my login account and haven’t received a reply. Can anyone help me with this please? This is a great counter, but this one issue is keeping me from using it. Thanks. I can be reached at [email protected] as well. https://mynewbrunswick.ca
