Lightbox – go Fullscreen – go back Lightbox. Gides closebutton

As the title says. I go fullscreen on an lightbox opened iframe, like youtube using one of the themes where the closebutton sits a bit over the frame, when going out of fullscreen the button has been placed inside the frame, so you only a part of it. Like a z-index change sor something.
Any fix for this?
