• In whole, the error message I receive when trying to ‘activate’ the installed plugin (on the server, in correct plugins directory) from my WordPress plugins page is:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: get_users_of_blog() in /data/10/0/87/91/739417/user/755064/htdocs/applegirl/wp-content/plugins/wordpress-navigation-list-plugin-navt/app/navt.php on line 427

THEN, I found out my WHOLE WordPress Management area gave me the SAME error message!
So I DELETED the “wordpress-navigation-list-plugin-navt” folder from my plugins directory, and now everything’s okay again.
    WHEW.
So what gives? Am I going to be able to USE this navigation plugin or WHAT?

Thanks for any light you can shed on this bizarre (and failed) install attempt…

  • What you are describing is very strange since NAVT and the function call get_users_of_blog() have nothing in common. If a PHP function call is missing then it generally means that the call to the function occurred before the function was defined – that can happen if the file that contains the function call was not successfully included (with the rest of the script) due to an error of some type.

There shouldn’t be any reason for you not to be able to use NAVT if you are using a compatible version of WordPress – NAVT supports WordPress versions 2.2 and higher.
