Help! Resize widgets to fit background image.

Hello, I posted a few days back and have not had a response ??
I am looking for a way to resize the widgets so that they fit my current backgrounds. A couple images are cut off, and some have extra white space around the background image. I appreciate any help, thank you in advance!
