Are screen options saved when user is switched?

Yep! Screen options stored in user meta override the options stored in the user’s cookie if it has a more recent timestamp.

Great feature! You should advertise it here. It’s a nice way to check up and control what your users are seeing, and it’s often preferable to monkeying around with access rules that dictate what everyone or certain users can see or where they can go.

Thanks. It’s not actually a feature of User Switching though, that’s just how WordPress works. I actually had to double-check it after you asked to make sure that was definitely what happened ??
