Tax is not calculating after shipping

I want the tax of (product price + shipping). What I have now is the tax of product price. However when I enable flat price for shipping the Tax will work perfect but with Canada post is not making the calculation as i want which is The total is = tax of (product price + shipping) + product price + shipping
Any help
