    The challenge is most likely something in the Bootstrap stylesheet that the theme makes use of. I’ll try find a way around that.

    If you drop the Boostrap CSS file from the page source the issue resolves. I’m yet able to locate the cause within that file. I’ll need to get an outside consult. I’ll let you know when we have more.

    I’m, unfortunately, unsure how to resolve at this stage. Please, confirm that we’re dealing with a theme specific challenge by changing over to a default theme like Twenty Thirteen. Test the home page and see if there is a difference in the way the full width stretched row renders. Let us know how that goes. Thanks.
