Transalation files wont stick, location ?

    Ive created translation files via the .pot file through poedit and now i got the .po and .mo files, but where to locate em and how to get em to stick, your readme files says to put em in content so i did and created a sln folder etc but still dosent stick even tho my config is the right language.

    Ive been trying to use browser based translate plugins like say what? etc. but it seems the text strings are not translate able without the certain tags etc.
