SMS not sent

    I’m trying to use JOT to distribute a mobile app.

    I have two problems:
    * The plugin only sends 1 SMS to the first member of the group, not 1 for each new member.
    * I’m not suing the short codes but the form and I don’t know how to disable the name (I just want the phone number and a submit button

    Please advise.

  • Hi, sorry for not replying earlier.

    Do you get an error message when the plugin tries to send the other messages?

    For your other question, please take a look at the FAQs. There is a example of a form on there where the name field is hidden, so you only need to enter the number.
