    Hello,

I am using the form on a site that has a custom url suffix, example-site-name.ws

I think that the form is failing because of the .ws extension in the url. If I create a select list of recipients using fake .com emails, the form works just fine. But as soon as I insert the actual example.ws emails, the form fails with the ‘failed to send’ red box error.

    Any ideas?

    I got it working,,,

the site is hosted on bluehost, but the domain is controlled via godaddy, so I had to make sure the emails were set up on bluehost and the mail configuration via control panel was set to ‘remote’
