Full editor for content and integration with ACF?

wpuf has it’s own optional custom fields, I don’t think it will use those created by ACF. But if you only want posts to go to and display in one category, you only have to select that category as default in wpuf settings.

Not sure how you would get the default wp tinymce.

thanks for the answer. Yes I noticed that too later. I disabled ACF and use WPUF.
But I have one main issue: if I create a field (dropdown in this case but I don’t think it makes a difference) and put inside 100 values when I click update I lose the entire block.

Is there any limitation to the lite version?

I’ll test that on my set up and see if I can duplicate, you may have found a bug.

I tried it with 12 at first but assigned no values to 2 through 12, it only saved the first label that had the value

tried again with values for all and it saved all 12.

Yes I supplied values for each one. Values were 105. I checked every 10-15 when I got to 100 all the dropdown block disappeared.

I mean not just some values or all values, the entire dropdown section.

Dummy question: I used before ACF to create the CF. Now using WPUF I used the same meta key created by ACF.

I suppose doesn’t affect the result as a CF is simply that but just to give you more info.

Maybe test with a different key. If it works you probably should remove the previous fields.

On others plugin I have a featured called “suggest”, if I have a single post with this 100 values he’ll find them and place them for me.

Or at least a LIST instead of + and new value.

Anyway it seems if you can get more than one to save, it should save as many as you enter, you shouldn’t have to test all 100.

today test was: create new CF with new metakey.

I tried to add values but it stopped at 60. Value amount doesn’t change the behaviour somehow when I click update at some point the entire dropdown block is removed.

Maybe I should check support for this plugin?

I haven’t tested that many but if you tried with a new key and it had a limit of 60, that’s either an intentional limit or a problem. Yes if you are using the pro version you should put in a support ticket.

well I guess this forum is the best we can do then. This issue is beyond me.

I have to assume you already tried this with no other plugins running, it would be good if you could try it in another theme as well, just to narrow it down.

I’ve had many issues with wpuf depending on the theme. Some of those have been resolved. For instance, wpuf didn’t work in the Water
Lilly theme, but they fixed something and now it works with Water Lilly.
I’m testing this in a Theme called Fukasawa.
I did a little more testing, up to over 20 keys with values, never an issue with saving. So I can’t duplicate your issue in my set up.
