Head & Primary Menus Blocked On Some Mobile Devices

Thank you again for the theme and support.As said in the title, all looks fine on PC, BUT frequently the menus appear blocked (or not) on different mobile android devices.
In fact, on the same device, one site ( not the same ) looks broken – blocked menus and orange color as background – while the others are ok.
On all our 3 (multi)sites, but not in the same time.Most frequent on our bbforum site

https://oldcityties.com/bucharest/Tried to check all plugins impact – deactivated or uninstalled … Thought that was it … But the problem came back.
Is it a plugin problem? Or the new WordPress MS 4.2.3 – 4.2.4?
