    I have a menu selection “About” with submenus. The submenus work fine, however, the parent (About) goes to an “About” page when I click on it. I do not have an “About” page. I don’t want anything to happen when the parent is clicked unless it shows the submenu choices. the URL is https://www.princefinephotography.com. I’ve recreated the menu a couple of time and also established a category that is not attached to a page to keep this from happening. Thanks

  • Hello,
    you should create a menu item which is a custom link (it’s not theme related ;)).
    Apperance -> Menus
    click on “Custom links”
    as URL put just ‘#’
    About for the label.
    That will be your parent menu item which “does nothing” ??

    Hope this helps.
