Change position of tab: after the content, not before

Hi,

is it possible to change the position of tabs from “before content” to “after content”?
It’s possible to choose vertical or horizontal. But it will be great if I can also position them below the text, so the reader doesn’t have to scroll to the top again to open the next tab.
