Where precisely you want to add it?

Please change the following line in footer.php.

Before:

? <?php echo date( 'Y' ); ?> <a href="<?php echo esc_url( home_url( '/' ) ); ?>" rel="home"><?php bloginfo( 'name' ); ?></a>

After:

? <?php echo date( 'Y' ); ?> <a href="<?php echo esc_url( home_url( '/' ) ); ?>" rel="home"><?php bloginfo( 'name' ); ?></a> All rights reserved.

If you upgrade to Graphy Pro, you can edit the footer text in the Customizer.
