Cannot see Email Subscribers Widget on Page

I have installed the Email Subscribers plugin and set up the widget in both the customizer and widgets menu. I can see it in place if I am logged in to word press and sometimes using IE but never while accessing via mobile or chrome.
I have no idea why
Intense debate plugin frontend features also seem to not show up
I want these to be on my page, especially the subscription service
Please help
