blog http/https error

Hi,

I just moved to a self-hosted site and noticed my stats dropped drastically. I was no longer getting search engine traffic so I contacted host support and they checked and found out some links show http while some where https. Please how best do I correct this, make it all https because google ssl sign is yellow instead of green due to the discrepancy.
