    Actually it depends on the hierarchy of your theme, if your theme contains full-widht-template for post you can useit otherwise you have create new one to use for posts.

    Are you using lite version of the theme??

    this theme does not have a full width template for individual posts. However, this can be easily achieved by looking at the full width template code.
