Contact Form 7 incompatible with Popslide?

When you visit my client’s website below, a popup slides up from the bottom right corner (or just bottom if you’re on mobile) with an option to subscribe to a newsletter. When entering an email address and clicking on Subscribe, it opens a blank page that has the number 0 at the top left. The URL of the page it opens is
