• the users are now getting a 404 “page not found” error and are not seeing the text they are supposed to. I’ve reloaded, cleared, updated everything i can think of, can you help me figure out where the glitch is? Thanks.
    restricted page is glsaonline.org/regulation-reporter
this page is restricted to the user group i have entered, but for some reason, they don’t get the “no access” message, they get a 404 error. Thanks for any help.

HI, are you still able to support this plugin? When it worked it was perfect for my needs. perhaps it’s the new WP version, but it won’t work. Thank you.

Hi, the wordpress folks can’t get this plug in to work for them either
“I installed User Access Manager on my sandbox site and setup as you setup on your website. Its not working for me either. Even I deactivated all other plugins, using WordPress default TwentyFifteen theme.
So I guess its not any code in your theme or website interfering with UAM redirect function. There might be a bug in code and you should contact the plugin author to take a look and fix it.”

Can you help me figure out why it doesn’t work anymore? thank you.

Same issue here. It’s a bit annoying, since a 404 isn’t very helpful for the user. :-/
We’ve had the problem for a while, but haven’t had time to redesign the solution.
