Fixing vulnerabilities for a novice

  • I just received a message that I have vulnerabilities in two files.

    Vulnerability found: Bad Behavior <= 2.24 – Cross Site Scripting
    Vulnerability found: SI CAPTCHA 2.7.4 – Cross-Site Scripting (XSS)

    How do I fix or replace those files? I’m wanting to learn so any guidance is most welcome! Thanks!
